I used to get resistors on ebay. I havent toned any 450 yet since I dont install a lot. But the fsk was phenomenal, I rarely needed to do any peaking from gui with the tones. I quit making the guys the speaker/headset plugs since they always broke them (i always put a toggle switch that made it a default plug) gave them the parts and instructions, they never had motivation. That was back when we still had the project boxes and components in our RadioShack.
Recently one of the installers started using the audio jack, he sees the joy.
