I still remember the dorm cafeteria at college and they would have beans and beets on the same day and you would say beans but they would pretend to hear beets and put a scoop of the horrible things on your tray. So we learned to say “red” or “green” instead. College kids today don’t know how good they have it in the food department. 50 years ago when I was eating college cafeteria food, it was like the mess tent scenes in MASH. Hey Klinger, put some of those powdered eggs on my metal tray. Oh, and good thing you called them garbanzo beans, evidently chickpea is now a meme. Both true. Calix has a lot of options so there's a wide range of possible pricing. If you got a quote for the whole salad bar then it's not going to look good. If the decision were entirely in my court I'd have gone with Calix. Long term it aligns better with where I think the company should be going - all fiber all the time, but if all you are looking for is simple wifi that works then Plume is pretty good.
