Great firewall of Russia? When did that become a thing? Perhaps you were thinking about Cuba or North Korea? Anyways, it's not like any of those coutries would allow Starlink to operate without adhering to local laws.

We didn’t find much, but we’d be pretty interested in seeing of this is a possibility. We are wondering if it would be more feasible/cheaper than building out a new tower site for 2-3 subscribers surrounded by trees and will be the most the tower will every have on it.
