Hotspots are also restricted.

It’s not a matter of what’s legal or not via OTARD. No one comes into this not 
being aware of what the rules are. Nothing preclude a private contract from 
prohibiting someone from using a satellite antenna, you can agree or not agree 
to the contract.

I suppose if one of the campers wanted to fight it they probably could. We just 
provide the Wi-Fi the campsite makes the rules.
