The thread at community.cambiumnetworks.com indicates the problem is 
specifically with upstream frame utilization, and being higher after the FW 
upgrade, not necessarily going to 100%.  Cambium posted they have confirmed it 
but they think it is just a reporting issue, but another post questions that 
assertion.

They are confirming on the forums that this shows up in 16.2 as well. They are 
looking into if it’s just reporting wrong or an actual issue with the frame 
utilization.
