I have heard that, but having a police state where movement is already curtailed and everybody is taught from birth to believe the stubby leader is a super hero does have benefits. It is impossible to compare a society like that to one of almost any other type. Reminds me of World War Z with Brad Pitt. There was a little social engineering speech in there that seems apropos.
