Yes, you can combine as many transmitters as you want into a single feed. On the RX side you will need very sharp filters on the inputs if you want to use circulators. Otherwise you will have to use a splitter and that will kill your sensitivity.

It’s a pretty complex piece of waveguide design - not something you can cobble together. The vendors with full product lines in the microwave backhaul market have these solutions already designed and available.
