In October 2018, WISPA filed a request for a blanket waiver that would extend the date to transition your existing 3650-3700 MHz equipment from Part 90 to CBRS Part 96 rules from April 17, 2020 to January 8, 2023. As I mentioned last week during my panel discussions, the FCC still has not acted on our petition. We would like to show the adverse impact that the lack of an extension will have on a large number of WISPA’s members. Below you will find a link to a short survey. I have also attached a QR Scan Code for the survey. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions in this short survey by October 28. In order to improve our chances for the blanket waiver at the FCC, we need every WISP operator member to respond to this survey.
