Maybe it needs a sign like "NOT A TV ANTENNA".
Like the people who paint COW on the side of their cow during hunting season.
Or the crews that spray paint "FIBER" in big letters on the side of reels of
fiber along the ROW, I assume to dissuade copper thieves.
