Linktechs is good, I agree with that sentiment too. I use Linktechs and also Robert Terpe for the very reasons stated below.
Robert is great at discussing design with me and showing/teaching me how to fix/run my own network. Linktechs is great for availability and are also expert at design, though again I find more often than not I want to work directly with Dennis, subject to his schedule.
