I have a switch that's kind of similar to that (it doesn't use batteries),
but it's also a wifi switch. It works, but it's not terribly reliable,
sometimes you have to hit the switch a couple of times before it goes.

It seems to be almost impossible to find a plain old RF lightswitch these
days... there used to be lots of them, but the "smart" stuff seems to have
taken over and killed it all off.

I suppose you could just get something like this, and do some creative
wiring, or connect it to a relay
