Hmmm, so if there is anything at all that can be configured, then it is a managed switch. I guess that makes sense. I always presumed that it guaranteed VLAN abilities.

A managed switch can do VLANs and QOS and other fun things. Right? But this morning I am running into an “unmanaged” switch that can do QOS and other things.
