Hi, I want to create a Customer List via. API call. On the UI i can see that there is an option to upload a CSV file.
But, in the REST API documentation <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/rest/reference/rest/v11/UserList> I don't see any fields for the same. So, my questions are: 1. How to upload a CSV file having an Customer List via. REST API call? 2.
