Hi, I'm also migrating the metrics TopImpressionPercentage and AbsoluteTopImpressionPercentage from an AWQL query using the table ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. It fails because the new fields are not allowed with "customer". Is it something that is going to be migrated as well before the Adwords API is removed?
