I am afraid that our team doesn't have a definite timeline on when segmenting of the said metrics at geo level will be supported in the Google Ads API. With this, I would suggest to keep an eye on our blog as we will post there relevant updates when become supported. As for your question if there is another alternative to pull similar report in an automated way, I would suggest to reach out to the product team via this link to know if there is another way except in Google Ads API.
