You mentioned that: "they haven't been submitted manually but via API calls, that's why they are not visible in Google Ads UI.", could you further elaborate if those calls were indeed made via the API? Are they using this guide when creating Ad customizers? Please note that the AD_CUSTOMIZERS_FEED_ITEM_REPORT results are in sync to what's shown in the Google Ads UI. Since those data aren't visible in the UI (as you've mentioned); then those shouldn't also be included in the report.
