Please note that the AD_CUSTOMIZERS_FEED_ITEM_REPORT provides statistics for feed items used in Ad Customizers. However, when I checked your account, I did not see any feed for ad customizer and this is the possible reason why you are generating an empty report. Let me know if you have further questions.
