As I mentioned on the other thread, the change status in the Google Ads API is more complete than the Change History in the web interface, and includes for example changes that are made automatically by Google backend systems. If this doesn't explain your concern, then please outline what remains to be explained so that I can make sure I take a close look at exactly what's still problematic.
