Hi, Thank you for reaching out. You would be able to use the REST interface to upload the user list. However, this makes the process more complicated sometimes as it’s not high level programming languages. You could follow one of the client libraries to see what fields are being used and what steps are taken. Also look into the service operation details and the conventions for using the REST API to correctly make the API calls.
