To answer the 3 questions, generally, userlist information can only be retrieved at the client account level using the UserListService and the reports such as the user_list, ad group audience view, and campaign audience view reports. Retrieving shared audiences from a MCC perspective is currently not possible. With this, let me raise a feature request for retrieving shared audiences from a MCC. Also, please note that the feature request that I will raise is subject for review. For the meantime, you can follow our blog to receive updates and new releases.
