Hi Charlie, Thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you're encountering an issue with the test accounts and getting a billing error in the UI. Could you click on the left hand tab called "accounts", and then check if your filter says "Level: Directly Linked"? If so, could you change it to "Level: All"? You should be able to see a test account created for you even if you encounter the billing error page in the UI. Let me know if it still doesn't show newly created test accounts.
