Greetings! Some of you may have noticed that we have unblocked folks from creating the test accounts from the UI. You may get a message at the end saying "There is no billing setup or you are not authorized to perform any operations in billing page...." However, the account will be created, and you will get an email that it was created. Please give it a try.
