Hi, Unfortunately, you can not exclude a device platform <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CampaignCriterionService.Platform> in your criteria based on this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/criteria-usage> as platform criterion is for positive targeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/targetingtypes#devices> only.
