Hi, For Geographic view just like in the UI, you should add the *IsTargetingLocation = true or No predicate on IsTargetingLocation* while for User locations view, you could add *IsTargetingLocation IN [true,false] AND LocationType = LOCATION_OF_PRESENCE* as your predicate. See this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report> for reference.
If it's still empty after trying my suggestions, could you provide the clientCustomerId you are using when generating the Geo Performance Report so I could further investigate?
