Hi, The Geo Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report> is intended to get the statistics data of your campaign that is aggregated at the country/territory level. To be able to use the report, you must include at least one field of the location criteria IDs (CityCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#citycriteriaid> , CountryCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#countrycriteriaid> , MetroCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#metrocriteriaid> , MostSpecificCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#mostspecificcriteriaid> , RegionCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#regioncriteriaid> ).
If you want to retrieve the Campaign Name only, I would suggest to just use the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> instead.
