Hi Gary, Allow me to provide support for now since Bharani is currently OOO. As for what you wish to achieve, I'm afraid that this is currently not possible. As you may see in this table <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/criteria-usage>, the WebPage criterion can only be excluded and not targeted by a campaign. As for the MobileDevice and Platform criteria, they are only currently targetable.
