Hi Charles, The Campaign Location Target Report should also return campaign level proximity criterion that you have targeted. You may use the CampaignCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignCriterionService#get> to retrieve the Ids <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#id> of your Proximity <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity> criterion and use them as filter for the said report.
