Hopefully, this is a straightforward question. I want to pull a Campaign Location Target Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-location-target-report>. I understand that the key entity within this report is a location target (or rather, a location target ID). Do these IDs includes IDs for Targeted Proximities? Or are they *only* Targeted Location IDs?
(And if this AdWords API report doesn't includes Targeted Proximities, is there another report where Targeted Proximities *can* be pulled?)
