Hi Dominik, My apologies, however, this is not currently supported via the AdWords API. Kindly reach out to the AdWords Community Forum through the link I provided previously to confirm if translated locations are available via the AdWords UI or other products. You may also follow our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates if and when this feature can be available in future versions of the AdWords API.
