Hi Dominik, The simpler solution would be to generate the Campaign Location Target Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#campaign-location-target>, then follow the steps I provided in my previous response. You may refer to our various reporting sample codes <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/reporting#download-a-criteria-performance-report-with-awql> on how to download the report. Just make sure to replace the report type name and include the appropriate fields in your SELECT query.
