I have tested this service in my test account, and the request is successful. With this, could you try to retry your requests a few more times? Let us know if the issue is already resolved or is still existing after retrying the requests. If the issue is consistent, please provide your SOAP request and response logs so we can investigate further. Kindly reply using *Reply privately to author *option.
