Hello Jianbo, The Id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-negative-placements-performance-report#id> in the negative keywords list report is not globally unique. It is unique only within the scope of the Negative Keywords list. In AdWords, AdGroupCriterionId and CampaignCriterionId are not globally unique. The (AdGroupId, AdGroupCriterionId) and (CampaignId, CampaignCriterionId) pair is globally unique.
