Hi Mark, This forum post <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/adwords-api/hR7q1RLN3Jk> provides more information on how AdWords chooses which finalUrl <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6080568> to serve when an ad is displayed. This does not impact the displayUrl for the ad. When a keyword is matched to the search term, based on the keyword insertion <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6371157> option used, the keyword's text is inserted in the displayUrl. I would suggest that you reach out to the AdWords Community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/> as they are better equipped to answer this question.
