Hi Raghu, My apologies if I did not understand the issue right away. The PostClickQualityScore, CreativeQualityScore and SearchPredictedCtr values are not determined by the value in the QualityScore field. The QualityScore <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#qualityscore> field pertains to score of the AdGroupCriterion (Keyword), while the PostClickQualityScore <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#postclickqualityscore> is determined based on the landing page, the CreativeQualityScore <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#creativequalityscore> is based on the Ad and SearchPredictedCtr <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#searchpredictedctr> is based on clickthrough rate compared to other advertisers.
