Hello, i was wondering is there a way to create a campaign that will target *ONLY *mobile devices (tablets and smartphones for example). For example using the PHP API library, actually any example would be very helpful, what i am trying to do is create ads for my mobile applications, and i would like some campaigns to be only for the mobile devices ( tablets and smartphones )
