Hi, I don't understand something about the migration to v201509 ( https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/?hl=en#conversion-reporting ).
In the conversions reporting paragraph, it says to replace "EstimatedTotalConversion" by "AllConversion". It works with most of the metrics but I have a problem with *EstimatedTotalConversionValuePerCost*. *No metrics ending with "PerCost" exists in the new version v201509.* I am talking about ConversionValuePerCost or AllConversionValuePerCost for example. But in Adwords, I can find these columns. Are they calculated and no more available directly in the API ?
