Hi, So as I have understood, to create an enhanced CPC bid setting on a campaign level I need to create a EnhancedCpcBiddingScheme which is shareable. How can I create a shareable bid strategy but not make it shared. i.e. I do not want to create a flexible bid strategy for this and just want to set enhanced cpc on a campaign.
