Hello, In the AdWords product side(UI), you could create an image Ad with HTML5 using Google Web Designer and upload it as ZIP file. This Ad information could be retrieved using the AdGroupAdService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/AdGroupAdService> in the AdWords API.
