I have created some "Image Ad" for a campaign and now I'm trying to get the URL to the display ad via the report API (ad performance report). For static image ads i used to get back the URL in 'Image Ad Url'.
But now the ads now are apparently created as HTML5 ads (+Ad->Image Ad->follow the wizard), and I'm only getting '--' as value in the 'Image Ad Url' field. What I want is the same URL that you get if you click on the "View full size display ad" link in the admin interface (seems to be starting with https://adwords-displayads.googleusercontent.com/da/b/dabAdPreview?).
