Hi guys,

I'm jumping in this conversation as I'm having the exact same problem and 
I'm trying to figure out what is causing it. 
The application has been pending approval for about two weeks now although 
the Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

Are you able to help me understand if I'm doing something wrong?
