Hello, As a possible workaround, you could change your first URL to http://www.actioncontrelafaim.org/?, and then only use the 2nd of your tracking template URL options. This will allow the same tracking template to be useful for both URLs.
Alternatively, if you don't like that solution, you could try splitting ads with different final URLs into different campaigns, and then setting the tracking template URL on the campaign.
