On v201406, contentBid field is removed. So, How will "keywordContentMaxCpc" field's number change in adgroup performance report ? Should I do not use "keywordContentMaxCpc" ? Please advice to me. Which "keywordContentMaxCpc" and "keywordMaxCpc" match in below some cases ?
