Hi Giles, How long after deleting the keywords did you run the sync service, and are you sure that the date/time range in your selector covers the removal time? Also, when you issue a CustomerSyncService.get for the campaign of those keywords' ad groups, what do you get back?
If you'd like to provide the ad group IDs and keyword IDs of the keywords in question, along with the date/time of the removal and the date/time you are using in your selector, I can take a look on my side.
