Hi, I am using Adwords API for uploading offline conversions using C#. I understand that the conversion time has to be in this format: "20140216 101010 Asia/Tokyo". When sending an offline conversion our server would convert the current time in the required timezone and add that timezone to the conversion time string. The problem is that C# has its own way of representing Timezones which is different from what will be accepted by the Adwords server. Is there a way to convert c# timezone to an equivalent of whats in this document: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/timezones
