We went ahead and developed an excel program that one can upload a monthly report of statistics for individual clients at the campaign level, or multiple clients from the MCC to help take care of this problem. We'd be happy to sell this to anybody interested. It's not fully automated but it helps give a professional looking document for clients to see. All you have to do is upload the excel file that Adwords give you, and then you can press a button to export as a pdf to send off to clients. Let me know if you're interested
