Hi James, Thanks for the update. Based on your suggestion, I've got a change in the works to add the word "Uppercase" to the beginning of the description for COUNTRY CODE on the placeholders <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders> page.
I'm also going to look into whether we need to update that doc with better indicators of what's required and what's not. I see that we currently say that TRACKED defaults to *true*, but your experience suggests otherwise.
