Hi, I'm not sure that the API can do exactly what you are asking, but we do have services that make predictions on these kinds of stats, or report on these stats. I think the easiest thing to use would be the Keywords Performance Report<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#keywords>, which will give you statistics about your keywords.
Alternatively, to see estimates on how your performance would have been different over the past week with various bids, you can check out using Bid Landscapes<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bid-landscapes>on the DataService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/DataService>. If you would rather have some forward-looking predictions about how your keywords are going to perform, you could try using the TrafficEstimatorService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/TrafficEstimatorService> . In any of these cases, you will have to interpret the results yourself to determine if they're desirable or need improvement.
