Hi Igor, I did a little digging into this campaign internally. It's definitely a campaign, not a budget. Even on the UI, this seems to be in the same place as all the other campaigns. Can you share more about what you mean by it being a budget? I'm not sure I understand that part.
In any case, it also sounds like you are not making campaigns like this. Let me do a little more digging to see if I can figure out where these campaigns are coming from.
