Hi Evan, You should try out our validateOnly<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/working-with-objects#validating-mutates>SOAP header. This will validate your mutate calls and show you any error messages that would be thrown, but won't actually execute the call or perform any changes to your account. You can also use a test account<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts?hl=en>, which is kind of like a "sandbox" since it cannot interact with production or serve ads, no matter what.
