According to the documentation: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts#managedcustomerservice, MCC accounts can create accounts that effectively belong to the MCC account. Is there a way to test this functionality without creating clients attached to our production account? Can we create test accounts using this same API? If not, what is the best practice in regards to testing this portion of the API?
